If you are not 100% satisfied with an item or have just changed your mind, please return it within 14 days of receipt (in its original packaging) and we’ll give you back the amount you paid for the item (although not the postage).
You have the right to cancel at any time from the moment you place the online order, and up to 14 days from the day you receive your goods.
Where you are returning part of an order, postage will be deducted from any amount refunded if the kept order value is less than the free postage limit of £50.
Please ensure you email us at email@example.com with your order reference number to let us know you are sending an item back.
The cost of sending any unwanted items back will be the responsibility of the buyer.

Refunds cannot be approved until the goods are received back in store, so please don't forget to TRACK YOUR RETURN in case there is a problem along the way.
In the (hopefully) unlikely event that anything does go wrong, this means we can attempt to track the missing item through Royal Mail / our courier.
